Titan Protective is a US-based company that makes protective lens and visor treatments that help keep glasses, goggles, visors and windshields clear of fog, water, spray, mud and grime, along with branded apparel. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, place an order, create an account or contact us, and how we use it. Information we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number (if given), shipping and billing address, and the products, sizes and quantities you order.
• Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Accounts: if you create an account, your name, email address, a securely hashed version of your password, saved shipping details, order history and rewards points.
• Contact form: your email address and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use your information

• To process, ship and support your order, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions about products, applications, orders or partnerships.
• To run your account, saved details, order history and rewards points.
• To send our newsletter if you have subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We use trusted providers to run the shop. They only receive the information they need to do their job:

• Printful — printing and shipping of apparel orders (receives your name and shipping details).
• Shipping carriers — delivery of your order.
• Resend — sending order, account, contact and newsletter emails.
• Sanity — secure storage of website content, orders and account records.
• Vercel — website hosting.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Cookies and browser storage

• Sign-in cookie: when you log in to your account we set a secure cookie that keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
• Cart: your browser remembers the items in your cart so they are still there when you come back.
• Cookie choice: your browser remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice.

These are essential for the site to work. We do not currently use advertising, social media or analytics tracking cookies. If we add optional analytics in the future, they will only run if you accept them in the cookie notice.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty and customer support purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor requests as required by law and will not treat you differently for making one.

We use secure connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
